Privacy Policy

Beside Co. ("we", "the Company") operates the mobile application Tridi ("the Service"). This policy explains what information we process, why, and how. In case of any conflict between language versions, the Korean version shall prevail.
1. What we process, and where things are stored
Tridi is a local-first app with no account system. Your photos, videos, and journal data are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. We cannot access your content.
The minimal information processed to operate the Service:

We do not collect names, contact details, or location data, and we do not use tracking technologies for advertising.
2. Processors and international transfer

3. Deletion
We delete personal information without delay once the retention period ends or its purpose is fulfilled, using irreversible methods. Content stored on your device can be removed directly in the app or by deleting the app.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by contacting the privacy officer below. Because we do not hold your journal content, you manage it directly on your device.
5. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
6. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards to the minimal data we process, including encryption in transit (TLS) and least-privilege access.
