FAQ
My recordings disappeared.
Tridi stores records on this device only. If you deleted the app or reset your device, in-app records can't be recovered — but if 'Save to Photos' was on, copies remain in the Tridi album in your photo library.
Do records move to a new phone?
In-app records don't transfer automatically. The Tridi album in your photo library moves with your photo backup (iCloud Photos, Google Photos, etc.) — use the album as your backup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store. iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Tridi+ until the end of the paid period, and past records stay viewable.
How do I restore a purchase?
Tap Settings → TRIDI+ → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the store account used for the purchase.
How do refunds work?
Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play, so refunds are requested from the store. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: order history in the Play Store.
Notifications aren't arriving.
Check that Tridi has notification permission in your device settings. Low-power or Do Not Disturb modes can delay notifications.
