Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-01 · v1.0

These Terms govern the use of the mobile application Tridi ("the Service") provided by Beside Co. ("the Company"). In case of any conflict between language versions, the Korean version shall prevail.

1. The Service

  1. The Service lets you record your day as three moments (photos or short clips) — morning, day, evening — and compose them into a short video.
  2. No account is required. Content you create ("Content") is stored on your device. The Company does not store or view your Content on its servers.
  3. The Company may add or change features, with prior notice for material changes.

2. Paid service: Tridi+

  1. Tridi+ provides additional features. Plans and prices shown on the in-app purchase screen take precedence: monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
  2. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
  3. Your past records remain viewable whether or not you subscribe.

3. Payments and refunds

  1. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow each store's policy and procedure.
  2. Where the Company cannot process a refund directly due to store policy, it will guide you on how to request one from the store.

4. Content ownership

  1. You own the copyright to the Content you create.
  2. The software, design, and trademarks of the Service belong to the Company.

5. Your responsibilities and data storage

  1. Content is stored only on your device. Loss, malfunction, or reset of the device, or deletion of the app, may make Content unrecoverable.
  2. The Service can save Content to your device's photo library ("Tridi" album) to help with backup. We recommend maintaining your own backup (e.g., your device's photo cloud backup).
  3. You must not create or share Content that violates applicable law. You are responsible for Content you share.

6. Changes and discontinuation

  1. The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with 30 days' notice where paid features are materially affected.
  2. If the Service ends, your Content remains on your device and in your photo library; reasonable notice will be provided beforehand.

7. Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, device defects, or causes attributable to the user.
  2. Absent willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of features provided free of charge.

8. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, with notice on this page at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
